By creating this account, you agree that RWA Connect 360 (operated by Navara Tech) will collect and process the following personal data for the purposes listed below.

What we collect & why

  • Unit and society detailsto associate you with the right society and unit
  • Identity / ownership proofsto verify your right to register, as required by your society
  • Family, vehicle, pet, and helper recordsto enable society features you choose to use
  • Payment records (when you pay membership / event fees)to maintain financial records as required by Indian tax and accounting law

Withdraw consent

You can withdraw any optional consent (such as WhatsApp updates) at any time from Privacy Settings inside the app. Withdrawing core consent (Terms or Privacy Policy) requires you to delete your account.

Raise a grievance

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, please use the /grievance page first — we are obliged under Section 13(2) to respond within the prescribed period (currently 30 days, until DPDP Rules prescribe otherwise).

Complain to the Board

If our response does not satisfy you, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under Sections 13(3) and 27 of the Act, and from there appeal to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal under Section 29.
