Reset your password
Forgot your password? Get a 6-digit code by email or on WhatsApp, then choose a new one. The steps, and what each message means.
Updated
You can set a new password yourself. You get a 6-digit code: by email if you type your email, or on WhatsApp if you type your mobile number.
Get a code
- Open the sign-in page and press Forgot password? You can also open the Forgot Password page straight away.
- Type your email, or your mobile number, in Email or Phone.
- Press Send reset code.
The page changes to Enter verification code, and the code is on its way.
Using your mobile number? The WhatsApp code goes only to a mobile number you have verified on your profile. If yours is not verified, type your email instead.
Type the code
- Type the 6-digit code from the email or the WhatsApp message.
- Press Verify.
Choose a new password
- Type your new password in New Password. It needs at least 8 characters.
- Type it again in Confirm Password.
- Press Reset Password.
You see Password Changed! and then the sign-in page. Sign in with your new password.
If something goes wrong
- "There's no RWA Connect 360 account with the info that you provided." — check the spelling of your email, or try your mobile number.
- "This phone number isn't registered or verified with RWA Connect 360." — type your email instead.
- "Code incorrect. Remaining attempts:" with a number — check the code and type it again.
- "This code has expired or already been used. Request a new one." — a code works for a few minutes only. Start again with Send reset code.
- "Too many attempts. Request a new code." — start again with Send reset code.
- "Too many code requests. Try again in" a number of seconds — wait that long, then ask again.
- Pressed Send reset code twice? While your first code is still valid, asking again does not send a new one. Use the code you already have.
