How we write and check our help pages

Updated

Our help pages and glossary exist to answer real questions from residents and society admins correctly. This page explains how we make sure they do.

Who writes them

The RWA Connect 360 team at Navara Tech, the company that builds the product, writes every help page and glossary entry. We use AI tools to help draft and check pages. A person on the team reviews every page before it is published.

How each page is checked

  • Against the app. Every step is checked against the app's own screens and code. Button names, page names and messages are written exactly as the app shows them.
  • From the app itself, where we can. Some pages are built from the same files the app uses. The resident statuses page comes from the files behind every status badge, so it cannot describe a status differently from the app.
  • Only what exists. A help page describes only features you can use today. Features still being built are not described as available.
  • Checked before publishing. Automated checks run on every page before it goes live: every link must lead to a real page, and no page can carry a date in the future.

What the date on a page means

Each page shows the date its content last changed. We change that date only when the content changes, never to make a page look new.

A guide on a legal, tax or data-protection topic will name a qualified reviewer — a chartered accountant, an advocate or a privacy professional — and the date they reviewed it. We do not publish such a guide without one. Help pages explain how to use RWA Connect 360; they are not legal, tax or financial advice.

If something is wrong

If a help page does not match what you see in the app, tell us through the contact page. We correct the page and change its date.
