Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Subscription refunds
Subscriptions to RWA Connect 360 are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). We do not refund partial periods after a cancellation — your subscription remains active until the end of the current cycle.
Changing plans. An upgrade you make yourself starts at once, and you pay only the difference for the time you have already paid for. A downgrade or a cancellation starts at the end of the time you have paid for, so there is nothing to refund.
When our team moves your society to another plan on the same billing cycle, the time you have paid for is kept. The price difference for the time left goes on your next bill: an extra charge for a dearer plan, or a credit for a cheaper one. On a yearly plan an extra charge is billed at once, and so is any charge still owed when a cancel is booked. A move to a different billing cycle (for example, monthly to yearly) makes a new bill straight away, with what you paid for the unused time taken off it. If your paid time runs past the end of that new bill (for example, yearly to monthly), it ends on that date, and what you paid for the rest is taken off the bill as money, or kept as a credit. A credit larger than a bill is carried to the bills after it until it is used up. A payment for the old plan that arrives after the move is kept as a credit in the same way. Credits are not paid out automatically.
2. When you are billed
Every society is billed on the 5th. On a monthly plan each bill covers one month, from one 5th to the next. On a yearly plan each bill covers a year, from one 5th to the same 5th a year later. Plans are monthly or yearly. A part of a month is always a bill of its own: it is never put on the same bill as a full month or a full year.
- Your first bill. It covers the days from the day you start to the next 5th. We call this a part month. You pay only for those days.
- A very short start. If you start a few days before the 5th, you get a small bill for those days, then the bill for your first full month (or year) on the 5th. The two bills come a few days apart.
- After the free trial. If you set up automatic payment, your first bill starts on the day the trial ends. If you subscribe later, it starts on the day you subscribe.
- If you paid on another day before. Your next bill covers the days from the end of your paid time to a 5th, the way a first bill does. After that, you pay on the 5th.
- After a break. If your plan ran out more than 7 days ago and you subscribe again, your first bill covers the days from the day you subscribe to the next 5th.
- Yearly plans. A yearly plan starts with a bill for the days from the day you start to the next 5th. On that 5th, the bill for the full year is made. For example, a plan that starts on 20 November 2026 has a bill for 20 November to 5 December 2026, then a bill for 5 December 2026 to 5 December 2027. After that, it is billed again on that 5th each year.
- Coupons. A coupon for your first bill comes off a full month (a full year on a yearly plan), never off a part month. If a bill has only a part month, the coupon waits for a later bill.
- A bill paid late. A bill you pay online keeps its own dates. A payment our team records for you (a bank transfer, cash or a UPI payment) also keeps the bill's dates if you paid within 7 days of the day the bill was owed, and before the bill's last day. Otherwise the old bill is closed and you do not owe it. A new bill is made instead. It covers the days from the day you paid to the next 5th. A bill only for a plan change is always owed as it is, however late it is paid.
3. Free trial
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is collected at signup. If you do not convert to a paid plan within 14 days, your society subscription expires automatically — no refund applies because nothing was charged.
4. Payment-claim disputes
Resident fee payments processed through the UPI claim flow are between the resident and the society. RWA Connect 360 facilitates the claim/verification flow but never holds the money — funds go directly bank-to-bank.
Admin entries (manual fee payments, expense entries) have a 48-hour correction window after creation. After 48 hours, entries are locked for audit integrity. Corrections beyond that window require a Super Admin override — contact support.
5. Force majeure
Service disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, power-grid failure, infrastructure provider outage, regulatory action) do not entitle customers to refunds, though we do credit documented downtime against the next invoice on a best-effort basis.
6. Disputes
For billing disputes, contact support@rwaconnect360.com with the invoice number and the nature of the dispute. We respond within 3 business days. Disputes are resolved under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana.
