Per-flat prices divide a plan's price by its resident limit, counting one resident account per flat. A smaller society pays the same plan price, so more per flat.

Pricing FAQ

Are taxes included?
Yes. Every price on this page includes 18% GST, so the price you see is the amount you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the admin settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — no cancellation fee.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund part of a billing period. Monthly or yearly, a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect once the pro-rated charge for the rest of your cycle is paid. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current cycle, with no credit for the time left. During the free trial you can switch freely.
What happens when we reach our plan's resident limit?
We email your admins as you get close. At the limit, new residents can't be added until you move to a larger plan; everything else keeps working.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is self-serve and takes about two minutes. We're available over WhatsApp/email if you get stuck.
