Find and download your payment receipts

Every maintenance payment your society records gets a receipt. Where to find yours, and how to save it as a PDF.

Every payment on your bill gets a receipt: one you paid online, a UPI payment your admin confirmed, or cash your admin recorded.

Find a receipt

  1. Sign in and open Payments.
  2. Find the bill. Its payments are listed under Payments, each with its amount, how it was paid, its receipt number and the date.
  3. Press the receipt button next to a payment to see the Payment Receipt, or the download button to save it as a PDF.

If a receipt is not there yet

A new receipt takes a moment to make. If the receipt buttons are greyed out, wait a little and open Payments again.

A UPI payment gets its receipt only once your admin has confirmed it. Until then, your bill shows the claim as PENDING. See pay maintenance by UPI.
