Pay maintenance online by card, net banking or UPI

If your society has turned on online payment, pay maintenance by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking — marked paid at once, with no claim to send.

Updated

Some societies let residents pay online. An online payment is marked paid at once: there is no UTR to send and no wait for your admin.

Pay

  1. Sign in and open Payments.
  2. Find the bill and press Pay.
  3. Under Pay now, choose UPI, Debit / Credit card or Net banking. Each one shows its total before you pay.
  4. Press the Pay button, which shows the total for the way you chose.
  5. Finish the payment in the window that opens.

You see "Payment received. Your receipt is on its way." The bill is marked paid, and the receipt appears under Payments.

Charges

Each way to pay shows either No extra charge or the charge added to it, before you pay. If your society pays the charge itself, the card says Your society covers the transaction charge on every method.

If you change your mind

Close the payment window. You see "Payment cancelled. Nothing has been charged."

If you do not see Pay now

Your society has not turned on online payment. You can still pay by UPI and confirm it with the UTR, if your society has set that up.
